Canopy is the construction management platform born from partnering with contractors who were tired of disorganization, disparate tools, and lost details.
From job site frustration to software
We kept hearing the same story from general contractors in Eugene, Oregon: spreadsheets for budgets, text messages for scheduling, paper for invoices, and hope for compliance tracking.
When a project went sideways because a sub's CCB license had lapsed — and nobody caught it — we knew there had to be a better way.
So we partnered with the contractors who lived the problem every day and built Canopy: one place for projects, invoices, subs, and compliance. It worked so well that word spread fast.
Today, Canopy is a full-featured platform serving general contractors, homeowners, subcontractors, and real estate investors. Every feature exists because a contractor asked for it.

The problem
Every GC we talked to had the same story: spreadsheets, texts, paper invoices, and details falling through the cracks. Subs not getting paid on time.
The first prototype
We partnered with local contractors to build the first version — project tracking, invoicing, and a simple client portal. Their subs and clients loved it.
Canopy is born
Word spread. More contractors wanted in. Canopy became a full platform with AI assistance, compliance tools, and financial management.

Expanding to serve GCs, homeowners, subcontractors, and real estate investors across Oregon and beyond.
